Be Aware! Hunting Season is September to March

Kingwood Township allows a limited number of permitted hunters during the New Jersey Fish & Wildlife Deer Hunting Seasons to reduce the deer population and protect native species.

Park users are encouraged to wear bright colors such as blaze orange during Hunting Season.

Hunting on Kingwood Township is by special permit only.

Hunting on State-owned lands is not controlled by Kingwood Township.
