Meeting
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meets virtually the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM.
Purposes and Objectives
The Zoning Board of Adjustment purpose is to hear cases for requests for variance(s) where certain types of land developments and property improvements are proposed. The Zoning Board may hear and decide requests for interpretation of the zoning map and zoning regulations as well as other powers as outlined in the state Municipal Land Use Law (MLUL), N.J.S.A. 40:55D-69.
Members
7 Citizen Members for 4-year term and 2 Alternate Members for 2-year term. Must be residents, no Township Officials. Members are required to attend one-time mandatory training.
